The pálinka made of elderberry boasts with aromas reminiscent of chocolate combined with exciting jammy and slightly flowery fruitiness. When harvesting elderberry, berries are destemmed and crashed just as in case of grape berries, on top of that berries are deseeded so as the greenish, vegetal notes of the seeds should not conflict with the fruitiness of the pálinka.
