A blended spirit made of the most classical Hungarian fruit: apple. Its attractive golden colour comes from barrel ageing since our apple pálinka is matured in new and used oak. On the nose the scent of apple is accompanied by notes of vanilla and coffee, and some tones of butter, clove and cinnamon can also be discovered. Behind the spices, the ripened fruit dominates the nose. Amazingly full bodied when tasted with apple sauce and apple pie with the fresh flavours of the fruit and soft texture. The dry test of Aged Apple pálinka will show notes reminiscent of Calvados besides vanilla and apple notes.
